Douglas Sands has been engaged in private practice in law in Stuart, Martin County, Florida since 1973.  He has
represented individual, corporate and governmental clients before administrative agencies, trial and appellate courts
include Florida's Fourth District Court of Appeals and Florida's Supreme Court.

Doug has been mediating cases since 1989, and has mediated over 1,000 over this time.  This has included a wide range
of disputes, including personal injury and wrongful death, contracts, construction defects, will contests, community
associate conflicts, landlord-tenant, dissolution of marriage and child custody, employment, foreclosure, real estate,
collections, business partnerships, and others.
